    If you want to save some money,The 6950xts are all under 700 us now.And maybe 10% slower if that in some games at 1440p.

    The case is kinda a knock off of the lian li o11 dynamic but cost more.

    Are the temps the same with the door open as it closed ?Those cases can run a good 5 degrees cooler with the door open.Or you can swap the front fans for 3 120mms with high airflow.

    If its a modern motherboard with a 4 pin rgb header,Id just buy some rgb strips and use those for your lighting.

    Is it one of the reference cards?Some of those had cooler problems and the card needs to me rma back.

    When you buy the waterblock new all the stuff needed to mount it is in the box with it.You need the rest of the loop aka rad tubing,pump res fittings etc etc.

    Depending the game that can be normal,If you have hardware faster then the game needs.Its only going to use the 60 to 80% you see.And im guessing your playing 1440p or 4k right ?

    No your numbers are backwards is the problem you seem to not understand.At 1080p the cpu load is 60% or higher not the gpu

    Yes it does,Why do you think when they test out cpus gaming they do 1080p and never 4k ?Or why does my cpu run at 5% or less and my gpu is 80% or higher when i game at 1400p ?

    Some games have bad optimization and run like that no matter what hardware you use.Do you have problems with any other games ?

    at 1080p your cpu takes more load then the gpu,So the cpu will bottleneck first.At 1440p and 4k the load is pushed more gpu then cpu and the gpu will be the bottleneck.And yes your monitor can be another problem if its 60hz and you try to push 144fps at it.

    I just bought a 6950xt nitro,At 1440p gaming its still a amazing card.Some older games like gta5 i have to lock the fps at 144hz or it runs too fast and stutters some.Gta5 1440p max settings i see 180fps.I didn't see the 4070ti being worth the extra money to me plus having to spend 30 dollars for a power cable not to use the adapter.If i was going to spend that much money i would have went for a 7900xt or the 7900xtx.

    But most thimk a cheap masterlock is a great idea.When they are the easiest thing to pick open.

    All cars made past 1990s the rad is alum core and plastic end caps.The brass/copper ones are solid metal and i have yet to see one leak due to corrosion.The few of those i ever replaced was from damage from hitting things/car wrecks.

    I'd buy a new psu,Running adapters on that one sounds like a fire waiting to happen.

    I think its a copy brand of a thermaltake from the early 00s.Not a clue the brand name there was many back then.

    I have changed 4 times the alum rads then i have any brass or copper in my 30 years of working on cars.The alum rads have plastic end tanks which always crack and leak first.

    Its a good 10 years plus old,Having the 3.5 floppy slots ages it that far back if not older.
