    Try running Aida64 or real bench stress test for a while and check the temperatures and everything. That said manual overclocking is better, you'll probably be able to lower the voltage even further.

    I found these two links: Ryzen 5 1600 stuck Ryzen 1500X Both seem to have the same problem with the speed stuck on 1.55GHz.
