While ping is important for games, you need a bit of bandwidth too. Looking at that ping you're using probably some kind of ADSL or mobile internet. So if those devices you mentioned are watching videos in high res or downloading stuff (or maybe someone left some torrents active) you might be bandwidth starved if you've a low speed plan, lets say 10 mbps or less, so check what they're doing.

That's what I wanted to know One thing is produced and a different one is assembly. AFAIK some things are boxed and sent from the same assembly country so for CPUs, except some ARM and the likes, I think it's fine, but this will affect GPUs. HD 4850 here on old pc. Resolution in W10 works fine, after downloading drivers from AMD of course. What doesn't work are fan profiles. It needs afterburner to turn down the fan speed. On topic: people that just want the buck...

Physical RAMDisk cards are dead gone for a reason. If you want 12 GB/s speeds or whatever you can reach them with NVME raid, not to mention that price/capacity is way better with those SSDs than buying RAM The only advantage for RAM in that case is latency but it does not make it worth it because of volatility Also if we are talking about getting super speed by blowing money for fun then spend millions developing an SRAM drive for the lols
