I need help!!! after updating my windows it seems to be working fine after an hour or so, then after that I noticed I cant click the start the windows start button or even go to windows settings, it just disappear after clicking it. it also gave me an error message after trying to open display settings or personalize. (pic bellow) I'm guessing that this is due to update corruption? is there any way i could save this without re-installing windows or resetting? thanks

I have not touch any of the cpu frq on the bios. I did underclock my CPU only using RyzenMaster.

hi. i have my ryzen master always not responding. this did occur after I did a bios update i did not have any problem like this before I did any of the updating. okay, so I just reformat my pc. I have a legit copy with windows and I have a digital licence in my account.my last windows was still a windows 10 pro and install it with windows 10 pro. after I was done installing windows 10 pro I sign in my account and after like an hour it said that (it looks like the hardware on this device has change, make sure you're connected to the internet and try again later.) when I tried to troubleshoot it, still it does not work because it gave me an error that said ( we cant reactivate windows as our servers aren't available right now. wait for a few minutes or try adding your microsoft account again) I tried it after like half an hour and still have the same problem. okay. so I have I Ryzen 5 2600x and GTX 970, 8GB 3000MHZ teamgroup ram. Now, I have a quite older version of windows 10 in my HDD, it is very old indeed. I compare my Cinebench score in my old windows 10 and my recent windows 10. and it is pretty much different. in my old windows 10 I scored 1356, and in my new windows 10 is 1280ish. thats quite a performance drop. I really dont know what causes this problem. every new windows update there is, its like it drops performance.

nope. I only render inside prmpro, i dont use any media encoder. so, before i had this problem, its always the prempro prgram in the task manager will have cpu usage no other.

Hi guys, I recently updated my windows awhile ago, and I thought this problem was fixed. here's some screenshots below. I was rendering my video in adobe prempro, and ofc its normal to have that cpu usage. but what was not normal was, it showed 99% of the cpu usage and adobe is at 9.6% CPU usage which means that it is not showing the real cpu usage of the program itself. it has the same problem with the last update.

I really don't know what's going on with my windows. It does give lower scores.

Everytime I benchmark no program is running at all, I close them.
