Im buying a new nvme ssd as a boot drive (512GB) and have a 1TB drive in currently, looking into buying a new high-storage drive, something thats about 4TB preferably (case is the Phanteks P400S so I can fit in 2hdds before needing to buy cages), now Ill be using this for games, videos, movies and some archival-type storage, but looking online the highest storage 7.2k rpm HDD is a WD Black, but they cost about twice as much as the 5.4k rpm WD Blue, with the same space. The highest a 7.2k rpm drive goes is wd blue at 1TB and a barracuda at 2TB. Now from some basic research most people are recommending 7.2k drive for things like games, since its faster. (I wont be able to fit most of my games on the 512GB with Windows, some videos for editing). What solution would you guys recommend? I have a cousin who has a career as a video editor/camera man. He has a mouse, keyboard, headphone amp/dac and a usb 3 sd card reader. Honestly unless youre using multiple macro keyboards you dont really need that many ports. Honestly in my experience most people use high end headphones. There reason being you can have things like the AC running or people talking in the background. You can upgrade the PC very easily. Hell my cousin has been rocking the core setup for years and only really changing the GPU or the CPU and MOBO when something really better came out. I dont think you understand that not everyone is doing creative stuff as an only career. Yes your IT department wont deploy Hackintoshes, but you at your own home can, not everyone has a strict one day release schedule and can afford the 1 hour per month of crashes (hell thats what premiere is already doing). Not everyone has an unlimited budget to throw at apple. *if youre working with apple software

Hello people of the LTT forum, So Im using a HyperX Cloud 2 headset, but I need a new mic. So my budget is aroun 60USD (keep in mind I dont live in the US - I live in the Czech Republic). I can get a Blue Snowball iCE for about 66USD or order the ModMic 4.0 from their website - with shipping it comes up to 62USD or from amazon.de for 72USD (Im not really sure which is better, because VAT and import fees) Those are probably the two best options around here.
