Rainforest climate ain't good for PC.. I suspect it's so hot and wet that some small water droplets get in the PC and make shorts circuits...
Try to dry the PC with some air duster or hair dryer before turning it on

It's happening many times for me, I lived in a place with average temps of 32C and 60% humidity, Picture below is taken 2 days ago with air conditioning system turned off for repair:
Dirt and easy solution for my problem is putting bunch of silica gel inside of my PC case, it's pretty effective. Other ways is you can check whatever part of your electric conduit is little bit exposed cable (I think is responsible for dirty AC-DC conversion on your PSU, especially cheap PSU, don't quote me on that).

Sounds like you may want to not get a Silverstone PSU next purchase. Might I recommend a seasonic focus GM/GX or a Corsair CX/CXM or an MSI MPG A-GF?

configure the RAM as single channel (share ressources) make fans share the same header so that the connector's power draw is red-lining. create an ambitious 5 year upgrade plan install a firewall that is renamed "iron curtain" disable updates disable QoS for all network connections (no priority for any traffic)

If I remember I think I did -0.102 or close to that, but do not expect the same result.
Also, sometimes windows does not start up if the voltage is too low or you may have other issues with stability.

And if you look at the manual, there is a splitter off one of the cables to go to a 3-pin LED strip or other RGB 3-pin device.

I moved my son into the Lancool 215 case. it was a HUGE upgrade for cooling from the MSI Skeria 500X I had put him in at the start. (my own fault for not researching the thermal performance before I went to buy it at Best Buy. 

the argb ports are full on that hub the 3 on the left are for fan power not argb.
