I guess I'm among the rare people who care. I mean a 40-50W difference isn't a huge deal but 130W+ is too much for me.

He lost weight yes. The fursuit he ordered was a tad bit small and he couldnt afford to reconfig it. Turns out diets cost negative money.
People care about performance. Then noise. Then looks and last powerdraw.
    Some puts looks before noise.

Well, what do you care more about if they're sitting at the same price point...the performance or the power efficiency?...  I think most would take the performance gain when it comes to gaming.

In front in every title except the ones where Nvidia is usually ahead.

Vega 56 has improved over its contemporary 1070
History has thought us that people generally dont care about powerdraw.

Yeah I'd agree the vega 56 is really the better buy, especially if you power mod and OC it, the 1660Ti prices are too close to the rtx 2060 especially the overkill  3 fan strix card. The 1660Ti would be better if it had 8gb vram, GamersNexus took apart the EVGA XC and it had 2 empty spaces for VRAM.
I guess i'm biased since I don't even OC the gpu, having a near silent build is nice but I don't trust water cooling, maybe a cpu and gpu kit or an AIO gpu bracket though.
The power draw is a concern if you're on a budget, power draw isn't bad on a stock vega 56, but as mentioned Vega is more of a content creation card that also works for gaming. In that source the vega 56 does beat the 1660Ti on quite a few games.

Tempting until you see it's a single shitty blower model.  Also, we should stop using shittech as a source.

Yeah. Really secure.. Anyone can access your files if they are willing to without sweat. For storing passwords on your PC. It's safe, unless you're accessing stupid sites and downloading dodgy stuff.

I let my fiancee lecture me, pretend I learned my lesson, and then I cuddle with her until she forgets about it.  As for myself I just don't care that I did it.

I don't really see it or Norton listed that high anymore compared to Kaspersky and Bitdefender.  I've actually heard more issues than anything with McAfee for years.  Hence why I don't suggest it.

valdyrgramr got a reaction from LAwLz in Fitness tips? Badly Underweight
First off, the whole BMI crap is based on a generalization.  There are factors like health history, genetics, and so much more that go into that.  My suggestion is to see a nutritionist to find a healthy plan for you, avoid the 99% bs supplements, and to calorie count your way with healthy foods and balanced meals.  My guess is that you're most likely not eating enough to keep your weight healthy.  If you wanna develop muscle both whey and creatine can help, but you really don't need supplements if you take in the right amount of protein for you.  You can also maybe get a good trainer too who doesn't bro train.  Also, there's no quick healthy way to get the results you probably want.  It takes time, dedication, and so on to build muscle properly.  A lot of bodybuilders lie their asses off and are really just using steroids.  The infomercial people are all full of shit hence why they're doing infomercials.  One other thing, you probably have a gym teacher.  Talk to them.

It's not "terrible", but it's not that good anymore.  Windows Defender, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, and Malwarebytes are far better.

Could have been a kneejerk reaction on a busy day idk, the attitude just seems like he didn't expect or want to deal with it on a weekend, although I think neither Carey or Linus should have made a video about it and the issue could have been solved on twitter. And IMO all the dislikes on the guys video doesn't make the LTT community look any better.
I guess he's boring to most any enthusiast that already knows what to do. Not sure why people are comparing him to Linus though, they're both totally different channels with a different focus on who they appeal to. It seems like people don't understand how much work it is for one person with a camera to set up every angle rather than one filming spot, while LTT has $50k cameras and a whole crew. And techquickie puts out a bunch of misinformation, in fairness at least Carey's stuff is factual even if it may be basic info to anyone who already studied in computer sciences.

I agree he probably doesn't at least with the recent changes to the automated system, maybe he has too much trust in Youtube and isn't paying attention to how much google is screwing it up, personally I couldn't trust Youtube as a stable platform to make a living from without an alternative payment source like patreon or another source to upload content.
