Apparently evolution will now be taught to Year 6s as opposed to waiting for Year 10 to start teaching evolution, creationism can now no longer be taught as a scientific theory in any public school around the country.
 
While I do think this is a great thing I was surprised it hadn't happened sooner.
Creationism has no place in a science class or any class for that matter outside those revolving around religion.

Was looking through old Techquikie videos when I found the perfect couple.

While I think this movie may be enjoyable I have a slight suspicion it may run the plot of "The poor little British can't defend themselves and the big strong Americans are going to swoop in and save the day."

First thing I thought of.

Can I assume, that you are refering to all the "No meaning" aswers?
If you are, I am quite curious as to why it's a depressing opinion.
 
With no meaning, you are free to do what ever you want. You can become a poor man, beggerman or thief if you want.
With a meaning you would be cought in an extremely nihilistic position. No matter what you wanted, there would always be an end goal that you had to reach. Whether or not you want to reach this end goal doesn't matter. In the grandness of the master plan, you wouldn't matter. 
 
Atleast this is how I see it.

It all depends on how you look at life. In its most basic form, life has no intrinsic meaning. 
You are basically free to do whatever you want, with your life (the debate on free will is way to long to go into).
To quote Satre: "Existence precedes essence".
 
However, one can always chose how to look at life. 
If one looks at the meaning of life in a biological sense, the meaning would be to reproduce in as large a number as possible. This will highten the chance of you genes to survive through the ages.
 
If you look at life through the lense of sociology, the meaning would probably be to make society better, and further the existance of your social group.
