Mind telling me which one exactly and the reasons for you choosing that one?

Hey guys. I'm going to be pretty straight forward here, I play a range of games from PUBG CS H1Z1 Fortnite Crysis 2-3, I need to update my Graphic Card since I have had this PC for about 5 years now and I'm wondering what i should get. Please note I know that H1Z1, PUBG, FORTNITE are still in Beta so the games are not stable nor optimized but I'm currently getting around 150 FPS in CS which is decent, however around 50-60 in smokes, so that's why I'm looking to invest in a new one. I have a budget of 300 dollars. I want to be able to play most games on HIGH settings, I wanna know why i should buy JUST this Graphic card if you spare a minute or two since I'm not a good computer guy.
