  1. wasnt sure where to post this cause i dont know whats causing it now but my pc every time i start it up when it goes through the like msi bios startup screen (the first screenshot) then it just gray screens. i can get into the bios and everything so right when windows is suppose to start it just gray screens and stays like that indefinitely. any idea what to do?
  2. the ram sticks are plugged into slots A2 and B2 and i dont think i can boot into safe mode. sadly i dont have a recovery usb
  3. i recently got another stick of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400 (which is exactly the same as the first stick, brand and all) for my pc and i kept getting blue screen crashes that give the error code Stop code: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. so i decided to run the memory diagnostic test that's built into windows 10 and got this as a result. so i moved around the ram sticks so see if it was a bad slot and then i started having weird issues like audio cutting out and chrome just bricking so i gave it a restart and now it just refuses to boot into windows and gray screens after it gets past the bios menu (the pro series msi screen). should i reinstall windows? or is it something else. side note i don't know if this has anything to do with it but there is a weird glossy black spot on the motherboard i wasn't sure if it had anything to do with it either.

  6. have been having issues with packet loss ever since i got a new router and i believe it is due to the amount of devices on the network because i have a big family. the previous one could handle all the devices but this one can not. any ideas on how to solve this issue? i have been using this command to test for packet loss "ping www.google.com -n 30"
