  1. Yeah I might spend a little more and get something more reliable.
  2. I was looking for both these but couldn't find any deals for them. Ill probably get a new psu next month so ill keep an eye on these. wow specs are close @J/C
  3. Would you buy this for 50 bucks?, like you said for a system like mine I think it should be fine.
  4. Same thought here but I saw some reviews saying it was "eh". But for that price and my mid range system I'm guessing itll be fine?
  5. Hey I as this power supply on amazon for 50bucks, is it a reliable psu for my build? (Currently using a cx430 and I'm wanting to upgrade so my pc doesn't explode ) If not is there any psu in the 50-60 range that's reliable/will last me for a few years. EDIT: Actual Name Is the NEX (Super Nova) 750B1 Specs: Core i5 3450 8GB of Fury X Msi h77ma-g43 EVGA GTX 950
  6. Yeah I've realized haha, would the CX handle it for a few more months?
  7. Would It be okay to run the Cooler Master Elite V2 550W, temporarily with a 950? I'd say for about 2-3months, then I'd upgrade the PSU to something like the XFX TS.
  8. Hey Guys! So I've been wanting to upgrade to a GTX 960 or a 950 GPU. But I'm not sure if my psu can handle it, I looked on pc part picker and the max system wattage is around 300W (with a 960) and around 280 (with a 950) with my current build. Is this okay? or should I upgrade my power supply too. I do have a Cooler Master Elite V2 550W on my brothers computer and I might be able to swap the PSU's. What should I do?, help would be appreciated thanks. Specs: Core i5 3450 8GB of Fury X Msi h77ma-g43 EVGA GTX 650 Corsair CX 430
  9. Hello LTT Forums!, so I'm thinking of getting a ssd for my system and doing a fresh install of windows on there. But I have already upgraded to windows 10 on this hard drive, how would I go about installing to the new ssd? Would I need to buy a new key or can I just use the one I currently have, I'm sort of confused on how I should be doing this and some help would be appreciated, thanks!
  10. Hello!, So a few weeks ago I started getting this issue where my sound starts lagging then my games start stuttering and videos and music start to stutter and lag as well. This only seems to "trigger" when I'm playing a game, then it starts affecting all other programs and sounds. My "temporary fix is to put my computer to sleep and turn it back on, for some reason this fixes it... Before you guys ask yes all my drivers are updated, I've reinstalled video and sound drivers and also tried a fresh install of windows 7 and 8. Not sure whats going on... Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
  11. Thanks for the help. And what do you mean by "surface that can act as a ground" I work on a wood floor so would that work?
