  1. I don't understand RGB, like yeah it's nice and stuff but enough is enough.
  2. Stopped at Currys on my way back home and tried their selection. Have decided to save up and get the Logitech MX Master as it's extremely good. Thanks guys!
  3. Only used Logitech (expect for that Chinese mouse) and have not been disappointing. Personally I was looking at the G203 as it's fairly basic. I'll try to go to the next town tomorrow and check the stores there.
  4. Will browse around and see what I can find.
  5. Have tried every shop near me. They only have Chinese ripoffs. Wasted £10 on one and one week later it stopped working. Luckily I didn't bin my old mouse.
  6. Hello guys (and ladies), My current mouse is reaching the end of it's life, it has served me well for the last three years. This is where I need your help! What mouse should I get? Not interested in RGB. Looking for something ergonomic that is good for productivity, gaming performance is not really important as I rarely game. Would like something no more than £30 although I could go £40.
  7. Where would I start learning the basics of building electronic devices and advance towards harder, more complicated devices? My goal is to build a set of speakers by myself complete with a DAC and amp but have no idea where to start. Any help is appreciated
  8. After having a read of there I've understood that the ban is on select countries and they will still be able to carry the devices in the checked baggage. Think I got it now. Thank you.
  9. I have a friend who's uncle works at Apple. Last month he was invited to go on campus and was not allowed to carry anything electronic on him from outside. They took his phone and watch (a normal watch, not even a smartwatch) and gave him an iPhone 7 to use while there. Someone didn't do their job correctly here but I stand my ground that Apple did the right thing.
  10. I don't like Apple but I have to agree with them here, this was the right thing to do. Not only him but what about everyone else around? Did they not think "Hey, she has a huge camera. Let's let her she can't film."
  11. Firstly, hello community! Now for the topic. In February I will be going on a school trip to New York. We will be leaving from Heathrow Airport (LHR) and landing at JFK. Not sure what airline thought. I would like to bring a DSLR and maybe even a notebook with me but am I allowed to? Reading on Google I found articles about a ban on electronic devices bigger than a phone and even articles where people were not allowed to enter with their devices. I must admit that I haven't done a lot of research but thought that someone here might know what to do. Thanks in advance.
