I'm recording a band this weekend, and today, the first day of recording, I managed to piss off the drummer do badly I might have to stand in for him.

He started off by refusing to play live with the band, and then he wanted me to pocket all the tracks he recorded. I refused by saying that I might as well use a drum machine, and his response was to leave.
