i can't have a wired connection so i wanted to buy a wifi 6 card but idk if it will bottleneck my PCIe lanes , i have a 1080 and an m.2 ssd will adding a pcie wifi and bluetooth card bottleneck my conections? i have an 2700x and a x470 gaming plus

i didn't wanted to explain how i got the drive (i thought it wasn't important) but ok, my dad had a company and the drive was from a server , the company closed and when i was helping my dad clean all the things left from the company i found the drive that said ransomeware i ask him if i could keep it and he said yes, so i have the permission from the owner (it's my dad) and the company doesn't exist anymore. they were going to throw the drive so instead of generating more e-waste i wanted to try to keep it and found a use for it

I did that but it still works bad , and even worst it loose some packages so it is worst than the modem/router alone. I think i will ask to the isp to change my modem , mabe it has something wrongly set up

I have an router/modem that works terrible. I want to know if i put the modem in bridge mode the ac lite will do the routung or it cant?

Well i did that i buy an ac little from unifi and is still works bad

The modem is a technicolor DPC3848VE , i have changed the DHCP to 1 hour and i did an ping test from the computer to my phone again and it still the same. Something that really picks my atention is that when i change the color of the philips hue lights it works fluid but sudenly it disconects and after a while it conects again and it cicles like that.

Hi i work at a coffee place in argentina , and like i am the one who knows more about tech i have to fix an issue with the modem/router that the isp give us ( it worked well untill now) some guests complain of the slow speed of the wifi and others could even conect to the wifi it give them an error obtaining the ip. So we bought an ap the ac little from unifi , then the problem was worst , we call the isp and they said it was a cable issue so they change all the conection from outside . That didn't fix the issue , so i tried doing a ping with a computer coneted by ethernet to my phone at the new ac and it take a while to complete it and also lost some package , so i tried with the modem wifi and it take as long to do it but none packages were lost. What i have to do? Bridge mode will help ?
