Also for a computer with my specs, it performs much worse than expected (barely hitting 60 fps on low settings on a weird amount of games) (i5 11th gen and a 3080ti)

I only have one gpu, my cpu does not have an integrated card. My guesses are that my computer is being used as a miner by some really stealthy malware or windows just doesn't know what its doing. my NZXT cam reports the same data as my task manager.

i really don't think thats the problem i have gotten 80 fps (with the same setup) before the gpu power usage is really low

no? I have gotten 80 fps before also keep in mind gpu usage isn't even 60%

it used to be only 20 fps but now I get 40 (with sli) gpu is only being used 40% - 50% please tell me how to fix this -thank you me details: g-sync (off) cpu (Intel Core i9-7920X)

people are ocing i 9 ex with only a Noctua NH-D15 i am using a water cooler with should be WAY better and i am not ocing soooo idk what you on about
