  1. hmm.. i'm lost now but the last thing i would try is ASUS support. I've had multiple experiences with them that have been more than I could hope for. Even got a replacement board before I even sent out the broken one (I broke a couple pins while replacing a CPU.) anyways, i would recommend contacting them they might have some better suggestions. sorry i couldn't fix your problem.
  2. sorry for the late reply but have you downloaded the correct one for your board? You have to download the one for the correct board I remember downloading the wrong one one time and had to uninstall and reinstall the correct one. https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/us/Sync.html?_ga=2.255754120.1434544185.1512937557-586049210.1512710300 Also, is this the page you're downloading from?
  3. Sometimes, devices like USB hubs and tons of other peripherals you might have can wake it as well so I'd recommend trying to disable their ability to wake in the device manager if the other replies didn't fix your issue.
  4. First, find and open the folder "Lighting_Control_1.05.25" and run the application named "Asus Setup." After running through the steps, the Aura Program should be installed and can be found. If you have any other questions just reply to this thread as I use this same program myself.
  5. I've used the M65 Pro for about a year now and for the first week it felt a little odd but after that I personally loved the mouse and have had no issues with it. It also performs very well while playing FPS if that is a factor for you. I paid $55 at my local Fry's Electronics during a Black Friday sale at the time.
  6. I've spilled water over my keyboard a few times and had similar experiences but with different key combinations. Only after purchasing a new keyboard did the issue go away for me.
  7. You could save a lot of money by going with something like this: MSI Full HD FreeSync Gaming Monitor Unless 32" is something you'd really like.
