  1. Yes, I did and still nothing. the mobo will not show any signs of life, or anything connected to it.
  2. Thats what I'm thinking. I just don't have the time or clear head to deal with this issue on and on. I'm guessing I have to go through gigabyte and not the the company I purchased it from?
  3. Think I should just cut my losses and rma? It's only a month old.
  4. May have found something of worth? So I'm using cable mod cables and found one of the pins was able to be pulled out by hand. Wonder if it created a short on this mobo?
  5. Everything seems to be fine. Nothing being blocked, mobo is on standoffs, no loose metal pieces touching anything, nothing. When I plugged in the new PSU I just did it outside of the case with the cables going directly to their respective parts and it still didn't anything.
  6. I tried that and even using the power button on the mobo and still nothing.
  7. Thats what I just did with my old psu. Put the paperclip into 3 & 4 and boom, it worked.
  8. You mean the ones that the front panel power hook into? If so, yes.
  9. Yes, it is on. The new on that I got to test has an rgb fan (why?), so I would assume that it turn on when I turn the power on? It did at least when I did the paperclip.
  10. So, I did this paperclip short with both PSU's and they both work. I forgot about doing that firstly. My mobo is about a month old. I didn't go into bios cause when I plug in the 24pin it won't boot up. Like when I plug everything in, my wall meter shows 0 watts being pulled. So my PSU is not being turned on. And I'm not sure how to check the switches or pins? This setup worked just fine for about a week. Then I turned it off from windows and went to turn it on via the power button on my case and would not turn on. I haven't had time to dig into it since I had to leave for work purposes. Sorry for any short sightness. Just tired and frustrated I can't enjoy my new build.
  11. Hello all, I'm not even sure where to begin troubleshooting. I thought my PSU may have died, but I just bought a brand new one and my system will still not power on. I'm not sure where to do with this. Parts list: X570 AORUS MASTER Ryzen 3900x ASUS TUF RTX 3080 Corsair H150i AIO 32gb G.skill 3600mhz Edit: so I did the paper clip trick on my PSU and both the old and new PSU powered up just fine. So would that mean that the mobo 24pin is bad?
  12. Title says it all!
  13. If people don't chime in then I will definitely give you one! I'm surprised more people aren't jumping on it! It's free real estate!!
  14. I have a question if anyone can help. I have two BYOC tickets that I bought. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend due to work. I was wondering if, instead of getting a refund, that I could make a giveway/lottery for them? Are the tickets attached to my name? If I am able to do so, what would be the best way? Thanks!
