  1. have you tried re-seating the CPU just for Sh*ts and giggles. Also if you have any other ram to try I would try that. If non of that works I would say you have a dead motherboard. Contacting the Manufactuer would be a good idea they may have some more troubleshooting steps that might help you.
  2. You need to look inside the Windows Logs and Applications and Services logs.
  3. Have you checked event viewer to see if there were any errors around the time of the restart?
  4. I would also opt for a 750 Watt semi modular power supply amazon has an evga with 80+ certification for only $60. https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-BRONZE-Modular-Warranty-110-BQ-0750-V1/dp/B01FYDUDJ0/ref=sr_1_22?ie=UTF8&qid=1512073528&sr=8-22&keywords=80+plus+750w+power+supply
  5. Might as well get the 1700x its only $10 more than the 1700.
  6. Your specs should run the windows 10 installer with no issues. I would try downloading windows 10 again https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and creating the bootable usb drive again.
  7. I would stick with the S8+. I would also restore the phone to defaults. But that is just my 2 Cents. I have a hatred for oneplus so I am probably biased.
  8. The only thing I could think to do at this point would be to uninstall the driver you just downloaded and then install an older driver maybe even the one on the driver disc that came with the MOBO. If that doesn't work hopefully someone else here has some ideas.
  9. Do you have a separate modem and router. If so I would try connecting directly to the modem and see if there's a difference.
  10. Go to your Local Area Connections Properties and disable (uncheck) Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then test your speeds again and let me know if you notice any change.
  11. Ewww Mushkin Blackline RAM, I have heard of a lot of people having issues with this RAM. I would consider replacing it with a better quality RAM but thats just my opinion.
  12. As DeezNoNos said reinstalling your LAN Drivers should be your first step. I would make sure to go directly to the manufacturers website search for your motherboard and download the latest driver from there.
