  1. Here are two videos of the issue I'm having, keep an eye on the top left of the laptop screen: https://streamable.com/fci9a (Cursor flashes when moving cursor around YouTube page) https://streamable.com/5v6ki (Typing without moving cursor = no cursor flash, moving cursor while typing = flashing) I have a repeatable issue where if I simultaneously move the cursor while typing with the keyboard or watching a YouTube video the cursor will momentarily appear in the top left of the screen. It happens throughtout the OS. If I don't move the cursor when typing or watching a YouTube video, there is no problem. This also happens when leaving the cursor over the viewport of a playing YouTube video in Chrome, as at the moment the cursor correctly dissapears from view it will momentarily appear in the top-left of the screen in an identical way. This is exemplified at the start of the first video above. I think it might have something to do with how to cursor changes when moving past different elements on the page or how the cursor dissapears when typing, so moving it bugs it out. Not sure. Troubleshooting I have done so far: I have reset all Chrome settings, removed all extensions and Powerwashed. I have restored Chrome OS will recovery media. I have tried the stable, beta and developer channel versions. Problem persisits. I have plugged a USB mouse and external monitor, and the exact same behavour occurs. have disabled, tested, then re-enabled the touchpad and touchscreen using Chrome flags, no effect. I have tried guest mode, no change. I have connected up to an external monitor and the cursor still appears in the top left of that screen. This happens all over the OS, from the very first screen of startup to Android apps. I would have returned the device as faulty hardware, but the fact that it still happens when using an external USB mouse and monitor in the exact same way seems like a software issue. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Any input would be appreciated.
