  1. I believe those work on Intel based sockets only?
  2. I might end up moving to a cooler master heatsink & fan for the $40 it is.
  3. This build will work fine, but your motherboard will throttle the RAM speed down to 2400Mhz I believe. EDIT: Your power supply is ATX sized while your case is mATX, so it will not fit. I would recommend changing your power supply to Micro ATX.
  4. So, I have recently created a built that includes an AMD A10-9700. I use the stock cooler, but I have applied my own thermal compound (After cleaning off the factory applied stuff obviously). And, oddly enough, the APU idles at around 60c and when in the BIOS, it climbs up to 67-68 and stabilizes itself there. Any good reasoning behind this? Also, this was a problem before I switched out of the factory compound.
  5. I checked gigabytes website. Why would they recommend 600w PSU?
  6. Therefore the card has the TDP of 230W?
  7. Hey everyone. I have recently been given a Gigabyte GTX 770 WindForce 3 2GB card. On the box it says something about 450 Watts, which seemed crazy to me so when I did some research some sites said it used 230. Anyone able to clear that up before I start a new build and get a power supply that's too small?
