Have you thought about an Honor 10 or a used razer phone? I had to make the decision between these last month and chose the Razer.. Best phone I've had. Trumps the Mate 10 Pro and Pixel 2 XL I had previous. Bought a nokia 3 when it came out a few years ago and it wasn't great so I won't be going back to Nokia anytime soon. (Plus if you get an Honor 10 you can join the notch squad)

If the best graphics card you can get is a 1060, the extra CPU horsepower of the i9 won't really take you as far in gaming. If that's your priority, then the G5 will have mich better value.

Actually no Apple makes a nice transition to IOS from android and carries over most things it can. It might be the other way around I can't remember.

A Pocophone F1 would do the trick. It's cheap, and has a Snapdragon 845 SoC which is the 2nd best SoC for gaming right now.

My dad used to work in a clothes shop, and a drunk came in to buy some shoes. He shouted abuse at other staff members, so when he was paying, my dad swiped his card on the till, and sneakily swiped the card over the powerful magnet that is used to take security tags off clothes. Wiped his card. Payback, I guess?

I'm not too knowledgeable about this, but surely if there is a hard drive in the NAS or Laptop, that will slow down bandwidth? If both were SSDs maybe it'll go faster?

If the monitor is 1080p, I'd say it's a tad overpowered for what you need, 1060 6gb is a very capable card for 1080p gaming

I bought a used one recently. Not touchscreen, no backlit keyboard and isn't that thin, but it performs pretty well for the price I paid. MSI GP602QE. Has an i7 quad core and gtx 950m. Came with 1tb hard drive and 750GB mSata SSD and 16GB ram, Steelseries keyboard, FHD screen. In US dollars, I paid $460 (£350). Used, but not a mark on it. Just a suggestion, you could get a laptop with thunderbolt 3 and use something like a Razer Core and have the availability to upgrade.

Still need some alloys... She won't be lowered or engine modified, that just ruins a car.
