They are drivers from lenovo and it says that there is not any wireless points in range but i know for a fact that there is

I have, they do not give me access to the internet

I have a Lenovo ideapad p400 touch and I had a copy of windows 7 home premium so I installed it and my wifi is now not working Any advice?
