Hi, hoping I can get some help. I'm trying to contact sales support for ASUS UK. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact them without a serial number, which I don't have, because I haven't bought anything yet. I want to check if a product ordered from the Asus store will come with the "in the box" extras that are listed on the tech specs page, because they aren't mentioned anywhere else.

They're all last gen. The new ones don't seem to be available to buy anywhere. I'd rather wait until the new stuff comes out. I just want to know when that is.

Asus announced a load of new laptops months ago but none of them are available. As far as I can tell I literally cannot buy an Asus gaming laptop from Asus (or any of their creator ones for that matter). Hi, I'm looking to get a new laptop to replace a 2011 13" macbook pro which is finally dying. We only really use the machine for office/the internet but we need a decent machine. If you have any other suggestions for a machine then feel free to make suggestions. Ideally with a touchscreen and probably 512gb of storage (possibly 256 but probably not enough). I'd personally prefer an AMD machine but we'll buy whatever is better value.

Budget (including currency): £600 max Country: UK Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Computer Science lessons, theatre lighting pre-visualisation, maybe a little gaming I have an old laptop (dual core celeron, no hyperthreading) and a desktop that has a Ryzen 2400G, 500W PSU, ASRock B450 Pro 4 Mobo, 16GB (2x8gb) of corsair vengeance 3200mhz ram (a second kit would be £80 ish) and a 512 GB ssd. I'm looking to see what sort of upgrade I can get for the money. I'd like to be able to have a laptop to use in school as well as a decent system at home. I can change the hard drive in the laptop to an ssd or just leave it and put the money into the desktop, I'm just not really sure where to spend the money to get the best value

I'm looking for a laptop with: - good multi threaded cpu performance - graphics power - good bang for buck - preferably a touch screen - not a 'gamer' aesthetic - preferably AMD but I'll take whatever is the best value - 16 GB RAM I'm going to use it for computer science classes and lighting pre-vis as well as possibly a little gaming I'm in the UK and not sure of budget at the moment, possibly about £750/1000/1500 so ideas at those sorts of price points would be ideal.

Any advice? I'm looking for a powerful laptop with touchscreen. Not too bothered about appearance or refresh rate. Just needs graphics and cpu power with a touchscreen. I'm looking around £1600 ideally, but anything that fits the specs I'll take a look at. I haven't found anything.

I'm looking for recommendations for a touchscreen laptop with fairly powerful hardware. I'd like to be able to do lighting pre vis (graphics heavy) and it'll need to get me through computer science at Uni. Touchscreen would be really useful so lots of gaming laptops are out. I'm not worried about refresh rate as the power isn't really for gaming. I have no idea of budget at the moment but I'd like to see recommendations for any and all price points. The instructions in the article don't work, It doesn't open the screen on my phone. It asks for USB Debugging permissions, i clicked allow and ran the command but nothing happened

Ok, this will sound a bit thick but I've googled it and can't get a clear answer. I'm new to android and need to do a full backup, of everything. I want to keep my full res photos and all of my app data and messages if at all possible. On iPhone it was very simple and I'm looking for an android equivalent. Can I just plug the phone into my PC, copy the data across then be able to copy it onto a replacement phone? I have a OnePlus 7 Pro if that information helps.

Hi, I've had my OP7 Pro for less than six months. It's great, but I've noticed that I'm getting some burn in, specifically from the notification bar and the YouTube app, from playing videos with the phone portrait so that I can also read the comments. OP support have advised me that because I bought the phone through Amazon they don't cover it under warranty and screen replacement is about £130. Has anyone got any advice? Or does anyone know if these apps that claim to help actually work? I'm a little reluctant to try them because I'm worried that they may damage the screen further.

its for my brother - hes not really done any gaming on anything more than an xbox or an old laptop before. I'm looking for something that will last and be flexible for whatever he does decide to play. I guess I could go for that 75Hz above but its got no speakers...

looks good, but i need to include a monitor in the £750 budget so its a bit too much for me, thanks though. I think I'll go with that keyboard and mouse. This looks good to me - the monitor upgrade is nice too. Is there any disadvantage with staying with the ASRock mobo? just so I know its updated for AM4, also i have an ASRock board already and quite like it.
