I'm saving money for a graphics card and I don't know if I should get the GTX 1080. My CPU is i5 6600k. I'm afraid that there will be a bottleneck. Is it worth it?

I'm looking fuor a mATX motherboard that I can overclock, I got a i5 6600k. I'm also looking for a some ram and an ssd. I plan to pay original price for a 1070. My location is in Laredo, TX

I see kids do that too, like they think they're the shizz, but really aren't even doing much. There's many kids who are actually smart. Some know how to code a bit already. There's clubs like gaming, Computer science, and like computer troubleshooting clubs.

There's a way to just get admin rights with the computers. it's not that hard really. Story time: I enjoyed playing csgo so much but my computer had stopped working so I had the school laptop. I was desperate to play some Matchmaking. I checked all over the internet to see how to get admin privileges and finally find a way. It was the best thing to happen to me. I was able to download steam and many other programs. When the school year was about to end I just deleted everything I downloaded and took the admin privileges off. Best time of my life I would also tell people I was a hacker since I memorized how to get the admin account. I was the cool kid.

@knightslugger I know you plug them in, but don't you need a certain connector to plug in to the card.

I have a EVGA 430 W1, 80+ white, I want to know what will I need to connect a gtx 1070. Don't have the card yet, but want to be ready before I get it. I don't understand how the 8 pin connectors work and all since I have a gtx 1050 mini.

Thanks and would a 750w psu be a good choice. I also don't plan to play games like Witcher 3. Mainly like BF1 or overwatch. @RadiatingLight

I need help to find out if my i5 6600k will bottleneck a gtx 1070. I plan to get one, but I feel like it will bottleneck. My mobo isn't able to overclock and don't have the greatest cpu cooler either. Should I keep the i5 or upgrade?
