so during actual gameplay once it loaded its better,  right?
 
and then it may load a new area, and so on?

I’ve tested a few fan configurations in the 4000D Airflow & found 3 intake + 2 exhaust covered me for all year round cooling, with a good noise to performance ratio. Look up my threads where I’ve tested 1 v 2 v 3 Front fans & 1 v 2 exhaust fans. 
 
I’m also using a Gammaxx 400 v2 CPU cooler with had an annoying blue LED fan, so I swapped it out for the same fan I used on the rest of the case. See photos in sig. 
 
Those white Arctic P12 or white/grey Bionix P120 would suit your build. 

Alright I'll prob just upgrade then. Have Hyper 212 Black right now. 

An additional exhaust fan near the rear might help but only if the system is already having issues removing heat. 

The GL62M and Inspiron 7567 both use very low quality displays. They're the kind where black is gray and the picture looks washed-out. Not all TN-type displays are bad, but these days most of the good quality laptop displays are the IPS ones. I would skip those two models, as IMO the difference between a good display, and a not-so-good one is one of the most noticeable things.

Also the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active would be decent choice, since it has very rugged build quality and a bigger battery.

How is the 6s the same as the 6? Apple has improved the iphone in many areas such as:
A new A9 processor, which is significantly faster than the A8 Faster storage  A better 12mp camera over the 8mp camera in the iphone 6 A new screen for 3D touch features. Those seem like pretty significant upgrades to me, so to say that the iPhone 6s is exactly the same as the 6 is just foolish.

An android tablet is great for what you will use it for. The galaxy tab S would make for a good media player.

The Surface pro is a great option for working; however, since you can't buy it, go with the Dell xps 13; it's a great laptop. The Intel Core i5-5200U on the Dell is better than the Intel Core M-5Y10 on the Asus. 4 gigs of ram is enough if you are not gaming. 15 hours of battery life is very important if you spend most of your time outside. I'd say, go with the dell xps 13 and grab yourself a 500gb or 1tb external hard drive to save your files.

Fair enough but its all personal opinion. I have bigger hands and i always felt Playstation controllers were a little to small for me 360 was my fav controller.  
 
Ui wise i still say Xbox one is better and snapper from all videos i have seen PS4 is just random blocks scrolling side to side with alot less customization. 

I played GTA5 on both and I couldn't tell a difference between the two.  I only noticed when the differences when pointed out.
 
I will agree with the above comment aswell sometimes the UI can be clunky due to back ground operations on the Xbox.
 
I play a lot of Forza so the Xbox was my first choice it does good IMO. My PS4 takes the back seat most of the time because the controller is always dieing.

When I got my PS3 I went looking around for a high-quality third party Xbox layout controller. I got the PowerA Airflo since it had a fan built in and seemed rather rugged, but I just checked their website and I don't think they sell it anymore. I'm not sure if any manufacturer has made any for the PS4 yet either. As for your choice of console, I'll leave that up to you Just letting you know that if you got a USB controller for your PS4 you can easily use it on your PC without additional hacks/drivers.
For Xbox you'll need a dongle AFAIK, but it supports more games, such as GTA V PC.

I will never understand all you people with the clean fancy desktop's windows is an OS for working and use for me having a clean desktop means nothing no one see's your desktop no one care's so i have no idea why they put so much work into it. In fact having a less clean desktop is faster having things accessible at a click from the desktop.

Try using Opera. Does it crash with it? If it doesn't, then it must be something pretty specific because Opera is now effectively Chrome.

Don't worry, this is the only driver it does it. Should be fixed in a driver/chome update. Happens to lots of us. Microsoft craps itself and resets it for some reason. Mouse still works, just goes black and then works after a second.

GTA 5 maybe and only for MP. There is a few fps difference in i5 and i7 in 90% of games.

Because they're high-end and not made any more. 2011-3 is the new standard. Just get a new case and PSU and call it a day.
