Looks pretty solid, just a few things.

I'm not sure why you're getting two totally different memory kits, especially considering how picky and stubborn Ryzen can be with memory. If you're getting more than one kit, make sure they are identical or at least very close. Although it's not a massive deal, It'll save you a lot of potential trouble. Note: You'll want at least 16GB for Blender.

The power supply you chose isn't very good. I'm not sure what the best cheaper power supplies are nowadays, so I'll leave it to somebody else to let you know about that or you can check out the PSU tier list posted in the PSU section of the forums.

First I've seen the case, but it doesn't look all that appealing in performance and functionality. I'm not a big fan of the appearance either, but that's on you (from my experience, the flashy "gamer look" gets old after a while).

    Everything else looks good.

Was that the song I was thinking about? BTW, thanks for helping my friend make it out of the train station 2 years ago! Unfortunately, he has since sworn allegiance to the Galactic Federation and we haven't heard from him in over 2 minutes. His half eaten chocolate bar has since gained self-awareness and is determined to go deer hunting with or without the extra shoelaces next week. Only time will tell if KBL can find the lunar volcano but I doubt the barn has crossed off that last 'to do' item before the dog learned to speak. I know, right?

New? Or used? If it is new don't even think about it. A FX 8350 will massively bottleneck the GTX 1070.

This is Adobe Premiere for example. You can see when rendering 1080p video the difference between a 1070/1080 or a 1060 is almost non existent

Blender takes 71 seconds to render best on 6GB and 72 on 3GB

Sure it's totally worth that extra 1 second when you are paying almost $70-$100 more

Thats pretty good to get 5.4Ghz on ryzen, im sure at those clocks you'd beat intel's coffee lake. I hope intel is spitting out its coffee right now  .

Your system needs single core for AE and RAM. For Cinema 4D and blender you need Threads so you will need to make a trade off of what you really need and choose a processor that is middle of the road for both.
    Read both of these
