So I have trident z rgb ram, Asus right 1080 strict, a light strip and b350f gaming strict mobo, when I have it light everything up the lights are choppy, but when I have it light all but the gpu the lights transition smooth, any fixes? I've reinstalled aura on every available version and it's still the same, thanks

for a mouse id reccomend the g502 as it can be found on amazon for almost the same price, and its built like a tank. 

HD558 is basically the same thing as HD598. It's cheaper as well

For features, updates, support and life time, Windows 10. 
 
Microsoft is really pushing for people to move to Windows 10, they're likely going to continue releasing Windows 10 only features in the future. The only reason really to go with Windows 7 is personal preference, or if you have a program or something that doesn't work with Windows 10. 

I have an msi gaming x4 with the 6 pin connector, on an OC I barely get any boost, maybe 1-2 fps.

I'll assume you meant B350  
 
Phanteks, NZXT, and a lot of other manufacturers make strips I that are Aura compatible.
 
You shouldn't need a control box, just a 1-3 splitter and some male-to-male 4 pin adapters, which you can get on amazon
