yes it would. but if his router doesnt support wireless AC, then he has something else that he really should be upgrading, like his 10 year old router

if you're using a wifi card, upgrade to wireless AC. before anything else. you'll notice the 3x speed increase

i think it would be better to get a more reputable brand like corsair for instance if your gonna cheep out on the case

If you sell your 960 for $100 as well, you'll have $200 to spend. That can get you a GTX970 or 1060 3Gig. Infinitely better than going 960 SLI.

looks good but your missing a case

I would get a G4560 instead, its IGPU may be better then that 730 and it leaves room for upgrades while having a built in cooler, snappier windows experience etc

I would get a 750 Ti or a 1050 Ti for the GPU.
