"Fn+F9 took me a while to figure out, but it swaps the Capslock key and the Control key. This is a big win if you are an Emacs guy (which I’m not). Fn+F10/F11 are interesting. They control the amount of debounce in the keys. I haven’t played with this feature, but if you start finding that you press a key and it shows up twice, you can likely increase the debounce, and the doubled characters should stop. If you increase debounce too much, though, you may start missing legitimate keypresses. Fn+F12 is totally strange. It seems to reset the keyboard, all the way to being re-identified by the OS. Perhaps it does more, and I just haven’t fully understood it"

Hey there i don't know if the problem u have is fixed or not, but apparently the crimson 16.6.1 hot fix driver is out and in the release note they said and i quote "Display flickering or corruption may be experienced when playing videos in a web browser."
 
so you might want to try out the new drivers it might fix the problem.

So, majority of us have installed a new motherboard and run into having to just install our operating system to accommodate the new hardware.
Well, I'm going to share a little trick that I know on how to be able to use the same OS install on the new hardware problem free.
This is something that I use personally and very often in a computer shop environment.
It's much easier to just do this instead of having to backup someones data, move it here, install the os, move it back. That sucks. 
 
WARNING - WARNING
I only recommend this to users who are comfortable troubleshooting. 
I have never had an issue with the software itself. 
Used this hundreds of times.
Just better to be safe than sorry.
But problems can happen. I don't want to be responsible for someone messing something up.
So please, take caution when trying something like this.
It can always be fixed. Nothing a OS re-install can't repair haha.

It's a pretty simple .ISO called Paragon Adaptive Restore.
It was a free tool offered by the Paragon Software company up until about 2010 when they started to adapt it into their paid programs only.
I have contacted the company about distributing the software and they had no worries about it since they will offer a download to it if asked

Start off by creating the bootable CD.
I personally use the program ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com) to create my cd's.
Once the CD is booted, restart the computer and boot to the CD.
 
Make sure your current motherboard has been REPLACED with the new motherboard.
These are the steps to follow once your new motherboard has been installed.
 
1. Accept the end user license agreement by checking the box and hitting Accept.

 
2. Select "Adjust OS"

 
3. Select the Operating System on the drive.

 
4. Select which option - I normally choose Adjust the OS automatically.
4.5. I rarely have the use the second option.

 
5. From here you will see the software injecting and editing the proper drivers.

 
6. Paragon hasn't changed anything yet. It needs your permission to apply the changes, click Yes, Apply the changes physically.
6.5 After this do not interrupt anything and just restart your computer normally and everything should boot into Windows.

 
You will need to remove older drivers once in Windows and install your new drivers.

I would probably wait. Let the 4K epicness mature a bit, which means better optimisation,more content, less expensive,more choices to pick, and then enjoy it.

I demand better graphics than CRYSIS 3, they say they have "the best resources at their disposal" SO DO IT.

ahh its ok dont worry abt it....

Reminded me an issue I had flashing some AMD cards...
 
HDMI would disable itself under anything but the original bios.
Leaving DVI or DP as the only options to get a display on your new bios...
 
Still Is a thing... Reverting bios to original again brings back the HDMI ability.
Don't ask me how or why, just is....

This was one hell of a "winter" in Europe ,so far at least.
Right now it's hotter than it was in October,when there even was a little bit of snow.

I just found it and I don't know what to think of. It seems kinda cool but sometimes I see artifacts. Also, it doesn't work with VLC player which makes me sad I love VLC!

Looks pretty cool, will try that later... although I probably won't keep it.
Some movies it would suit, some not I think...
Some movies where its VERY slow movement, would appear to be sped up a little even if its realtime, which is what some people don't like about interpolation.
Some love it though, nice find.!

It is so funny people only started saying that "soundcards are BS, don't buy them" only AFTER this video appeared. What a coincidence. 

Most of us swear over slow computers. When it takes 3 minutes to boot Windows. That is the time when we feel like throwing away the computer. But we don't, since computers are expensive. So there are many ways for you to make it faster. Reinstalling the OS is what you want to do if you don't have anything important on the computer. (If you have anything important, buy an external 500 GB USB 3.0 hard drive and put it there.)
