I think I've finally found the right mouse to replace the first gaming mouse I ever bought, the Logitech MX518. I've been using as my daily driver for the past 13+ years, so any mouse that replaces it is going to have big shoes to fill.

Introducing my new mouse, the Logitech MX518 Legendary.

It's unbelievable how good this feels in your hand.  As someone who has spent 10s of thousands of hours with the original MX518 in my hand, I'd say it's pretty damn tough to feel the difference between the two. Logitech has managed to do the original MX518 design justice.
Only gripe so far is the mouse click is very clicky, very loud. Little stiff. But that could quieten and soften with a bit of use. I hope...

Umm, excuse me Logitech, but no.

This popped up in Discord when installing the software for my mouse. Why does my mouse need to be able to read my discord messages?

I will never understand the MX518 hype. I prefer my left and right click buttons concave so they hold my fingers in as opposed to convex
