Hello, I recently purchased a pre-built PC from cyberpowerpc and haven't been able to resolve it correctly through them, so here I am.
My issue: Every few days, or once a week or more I'll be watching a YouTube video, or just working on photoshop, etc. And I'll move a tab around or click off to something and my PC will freeze. My three monitors will one at a time go black, and then after a minute or more my keyboard and mouse will turn off too. After that the PC restarts fully. No blue screen, no erros, nothing. The PC doesn't even turn off fully
What I have tried:
New GPU (Got it replaced since that is what cyberpowerpc thought was the issue)
Did a ram diagnostic (No errors)
Ran my Samsung SSDs through magician, no errors either.
Changed power cord and also changed the power strip the psu was plugged into.
All drives are updated.
