  1. Nh d15 for sure , unless space is required as its a beast , i use the coolermaster ML120L aio and it works a treat (push pull config)
  2. yeah and that connection type gives you much greater read write speeds .......
  3. does your motherboard have an m.2 slot ? if not is it worth getting an expanion card ? sata ssd runs fine 400+ read/writes m.2 will yield reads in excess of 2000+
  4. burn an iso onto a cd try another usb stick install it onto the hardrive in a different machine , then hook it up to the xp machine
  5. Hey man I had a quick look on google and it doesn't look like there is an aftermarket solution . All is not lost though !! In the video you linked i noticed a headset in the box , if you have that still you should be able to either make or have someone make for you an adapter super cheap 1) get one of these 2) Cut earbuds from premade headphones at desired length (i suggest doing this where the wires become one) 3) Carefully strip away plastic coating on both wires exposing the colored pairs beneath -Note the colors of these wires will vary so some trial and error to figure out polarity ahead -Most earbuds wires are coated in a non conductive film this can be carefully burnt (wipe away and blackness) 4) Connect and test that everything works before soldering and either electrical taping or using heat shrink which will give a better finish -If you do not have access to a soldering iron then fraying the ends and twisting them will provide a semi stable connection and then taping to secure
  6. o wow can we get some phone pics of the bios screens or something
  7. dude if your still having issues just make a usb drive installer , using "wintousb" , set the boot drive to the usb drive , ensure the ssd is installed and detected , then boot from the usb drive and instrall windows directly using the new system
  8. so when it detected did it boot ? im thinking not so make sure (as everyone else said) set it as boot disk , and check the disk operation mode is set to the same as the machine it was set up on , either ide or ahci
  9. see if the bios uefi is set to uefi, maybe change it to legacy , if that fails try entering the bios and changing the hdd mode from AHCI to IDE or other way around ,

  11. totes , 1366 has some hexacore xeons for pretty cheap if you hunt around , like 50$ cheap
  12. @TheRedViper at this stage of an air cooled system id just disassemble and rebuild but in your case fuck that hmmmm try just jumping the on button with a screwdriver or small metal thing if it starts then there was a connection issue between button and mobo , if it doesnt start trace all the psu calbles to there sockets and check to see if they are connected correctly both on the mobo and psu (if modular)
  13. "Ibstrted my pc and my screen is red it gives me all of the Windows stuff like photos by everything else needs to be reinstalled is this a virus" translation : I restarted my pc , now the screens red all the normal windows stuff is there but all the aplications need to be reinstalled" hmmmm tried google ? http://windowsreport.com/red-screen-windows-10/ without a screen shot of the error in question its a bit hard to diagnose from the information given
