  1. Actually, I only have 1 stick of 8GB (rip lol), but I plan on buying another (probably from r/hardwareswap) for a good price (Ryzen performs a lot better with dual-channel RAM, so I think it would be a good purchase)
  2. Okay, I think bending the wires should work, but if not, Cryorig seems like the company that would be more than happy to send some extra wire mounts I'll order the H5 and the fan soon--I'm super excited for how this is gonna look!
  3. I am planning on buying these RAM heatsinks to match my build better: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DLMVRRY/?tag=pcpapi-20 Problem is, the height is listed nowhere. However, my motherboard (x370 Killer SLI) has 4 DIMM slots, so I think with a thick fan, it will only cover the first slot. Also, yeah, i know it has a 140mm fan, I just want one with the white halo ring so it matches my build
  4. Yea, I know they make a 120mm version--in fact, I just bought some for my case. However, I think having a 120mm fan on the H5 would look kinda weird--a small fan on a large cooler is disproportional. When my fans arrive, and once I buy the H5, I'll see how bad it looks with the 120mm fan, but most likely It'll look pretty bad. Any ideas on how to make the 140mm fan fit?
  5. I want to replace the stock fan on the Cryorig H5 Universal with this fan: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAE8670Y3560&Description=aigo white led 140mm&cm_re=aigo_white_led_140mm-_-9SIAE8670Y3560-_-Product I want to do this because it will match my build much better. However, I know that the H5 has a 120mm mounting bracket. So my question is: Is there any way by bending the brackets or modding the fan or maybe even gluing/screwing the fan to the heatsink to make the 140mm fan fit on the H5?
  6. download and install the beta bios: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=283344.msg1615503#msg1615503 scroll down to b350 tomahawk and install version 1.A1 This is a very common problem on all boards, but MSI is the only manufacturer to fix this
  7. I've seen this problem everywhere, I even have it myself. Since you have an MSI board, go to https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=283344.msg1615503#msg1615503 and download the latest beta BIOS for your board. If you do some quick research, you will find many people who have the same problem. Unfortunately, my board is an ASRock board, and they have not yet released a fix for this bug.
  8. Same. Make sure you select your display, not the "Built-in display"
