Sorry for late reply. When its hooked up the temps go up constantly. I let it go up until 85 degrees and turn it off. This is while the PC is in the bios IDLE.
The problem I have is that I have ordered a Kraken x62 and the pump came either damaged or too weak to cool my i5 8600k... if I order it again will that happen?
I have bought an 8th gen i5 8600k. I had a NZXT Kraken x62 which has a pump failure... Now I need a new cooler. Any recommendations both air or liquid are welcome. Thanks.
Im pręty sure i resolved the issue. The coolers pump is either broken or too weak... I need some good cooler recommendations now.. will be returning this one.
My cooler is brand new, the temperature is still going up, not stable at 80 C. The CPU is not overclocked and is running idle. It feels like the cooler isn't working but I can hear the water flowing...
I connected the stock cooler into CPU_FAN. The fan spins I boot into the pc. No "CPU fan error". The temps go up even faster.... Would this have something to do with the thermal paste? I was using the stock paste from the AIO
Hello, I have just received my parts for a new build and have a major problem. My AIO cooler (Kraken x62 280mm) doesn't seem to cook the CPU. I have it connected to the Asus z370-f board in the CPU_opt socket. When I boot the PC up the screen comes on and says "CPU fan error". I press F1 to go into the BIOS to see the CPU temp rise one by one up until 80 degrees. I turn the PC off then to let it cool. Any ideas why it doesn't cool?
UK is a major country fro mwhich parts get shipped pretty much everywhere across europe (sometimes even cheaper), plus how do you know that he is from germany?
