  2. 5800X3D - HYPER 212 EVO CoolerMaster RTX 4070 Windforce 12GB PSU Cooler Master 750w MasterWatt ASUS B450-F Gaming Strix 16 GB @ 3200Mhz ( 2 x 8GB Crucial Ballistix) Hi everyone, Last week I got my new 4070, did some tests this weekend and decided to do a little undervolt to keep temps and power consumption down (I followed this video). It worked absolutely fine, I gamed Cyberpunk smoothly yesterday. However, for unknown reasons, when I tried to play again today the PC justs reboots instatly. Tried playing: Cyberpunk, Starfield, Heaven Benchmark... essentially anything that "uses" the GPU just reboots the PC! I've already tried DDU, reseting any configurations of afterburner (with and without undervolting), and nothing works. Did I do something stupid? I just set the curve to 900v and 2550mhz Here's a picture from my Afterburner idle clocks (WITHOUT ANY UNDERVOLTING), it seems to me the GPU is running really low?! Sometimes it spikes the MHz to the normal settings but it keeps rebooting anyway. Thanks for the help
  3. Thanks for your advice. I'm considering getting the 5700x since i'm mostly playing full hd, comboing with a 4070 i think would be good and maybe i dont have to buy a new cooler?
  4. Sorry, I didn't get it. Why wouldn't be fine upgrading my 3600x / 1070 to a 5800x3d / 4070 using the ASUS B450F Gaming mother board?

  6. Low Latency Mode: Ultra Max Frame Rate: 140FPS Power Management: Prefer Max Performance Vertical Sync: Fast Tried everything above, the same thing. Annoying little tearings right in the middle of the screen
  7. How do I check that? I play Apex at 130fps avg and the tearing still occurs
  8. Hi, Monitor: ASUS VP249 Latest available Nvidia driver. GTX 1070. I have enabled Freesync on my monitor, as well as enabled G-SYNC in Nvidia control panel. Under "Set up G-SYNC" I have attempted using both Enable for full screen mode, and Enable for windowed and full screen mode. Same result with both settings. I have attempted with Vertical Sync enabled and disabled in Nvidia control panel. Same result. Vertical sync disabled and enabled in the game. Same result. Recommended settings that I have attempted. Freesync enabled in monitor settings, G-SYNC enabled in Nvidia Control Panel, Vertical Sync set to "on" in Nvidia Control panel. As well as setting maximum framerate to 237, to force fps to never exceed the maximum refresh rate of the monitor. In every game I play there is a small s0creen tearing in the middle of the monitor. Same as when no G-SYNC or V-Sync is enabled. There is also screen tearing when panning horizontally. Not as much as when panning vertically. I have used demo to check if G-SYNC is enabled, and it confirms it is enabled. And when checking my monitor while playing, the refresh rate corresponds with the FPS and changes accordingly in real time. Have I done something wrong with my settings? In other games, like Apex Legends for example. I am able to distinguish that screen tearing is not present when using G-Sync and or V-sync. So it seems to be at least, that G-Sync is working in some titles, but not top down titles. Or maybe something is wrong with my settings? Help pls, thanks.
  9. I just got my new vp249qgr. Only the colors are a bit strange. Like there is a yellow, orange tint on everything. Is this normal for a IPS monitor? Also changing the colors or other option in the monitor doesnt make a lot of a difference. Changing the color temperature to 'Cool' seems to help a bit but the yellow titn is still there Any suggestions?
  10. Hello everyone, I got two deals this Black friday, but I do not yet made a decision which to buy. Which one do you recommend? I live in Brazil, ASUS have 3 year warranty and LG only one.
  11. Hi, I was thinking of exchanging my 1070 for an RTX 2070 Super from EVGA. In some games my GPU is 99%, I believe it is a bottleneck. I wonder if the gain is considered to be worth the purchase. My monitor is 60hz full hd, but I intend to buy a 144hz one in the future. Is it worth swapping or it's better to wait a 3070 price drop? Thank you! My PC is: Ryzen 3600x asus rog strix b450f 2 x 8 gb at 3266 MHz EVGA GTX 1070 Masterwatt PSU 750w CM
  12. So you are saying this comes with all B450Fs? Why isn't everyone complaining about it?
  13. Damn only solding? I will contact asus anyway Thanks so much for your time
  14. @silviustro Hi! I'm resurrecting this topic because I'm having exactly the same issue, but my motherboard is the B450F Strix. As far I'm concerned, it is the same Supreme FX technology. I'll try those things you mentioned, but did you found a permanent fix since you originally posted? Thanks p.s: My temp solution was to buy a cheap USB audio card, the noise goes away
  15. This. Try monitoring FPS, usage etc with MSI + Rivatuner.
  16. Thanks for your response. Sadly, I've already tried everything that you said... Literally. I tested all effects, disabled everything... And nothing... :(
  17. May I ask which usb audio did you used? My Hyperx cloud core uses headphone jack. I would be very sad if the problem is in my motherboard. It's a brand new b450f!
  18. Can you tell me if using USB audio (mine are P2 speakers and P2 mic) would solve the issue? I would lose sound quality doing that, using an adapter?
  19. Hello everyone. I just built my very new PC this weekend: B450-F Strix, Ryzen 3600x (with hyper 212 cooler), Crucial 2*8GB ram, alongside with my previous GTX 1070 Sadly, when I plugged my Hyperx Cloud Core in the rear audio output of my motherboard, I began to hear a buzzing/hum sound. Whenever I move my mouse. scroll any page or, in fact, use my PC, the buzzing noise increases. I tried everything: Uninstalled/installed drivers; Disabled/enabled audio device; Installed old realtek drivers; Used generic windows driver and etc. None of that seems to work. I'm starting to lose my mind because it's a very annoying sound!! What I can possible do?
  20. Hey sire! I got this deal, which one do you think its better? Some people said tha the B450M ASUS doesn't have the heatsink. The B450-F ROG has one. I'm not so much OC experienced, however I'd like to tweak in the future. Obviously, the Strix is much more expensive. But I do like to see using this in the long run. Do you think it's a good kit upgrade? OR
  21. Do you think this combo + GTX1070 would allow me to play this gen of games at 60 fps 1080p?
