You should have switched earlier, I was looking for a good VPN with PayPal support for somebody last year, but good to know now, didn't know you couldn't torrent with TunnelBear.

Are there any drivers missing in the Device Manager? Did you check Event Viewer entries for errors? Did you try to reinstall Windows?

A little lack of information here: Did you check all cables are plugged in for GPU, CPU and Mainboard? Did you overclock or tried to clock down your GPU? Are your Drivers up-to-date?
