  1. I bought it right away and played for about 6 months and got sick of it because of loot system and AH. Now with all the changes it is FAN FUCKING TASTIC! It is the way it should have been, you actually have to find your gear or trade for it instead of buying on AH. You can actually find good gear and legendarys often now. The new adventure mode looks amazing and it's a way to keep things going for end game. I think it is worth the buy I started playing 4 days ago and didn't realize they made the changes even. When I started playing I was blown away with the changes. It is a actual Diablo game now.
  2. This is the best advice.. you could also look into creating a seperate account for him and locking it down as much as possible, especially so he can't run exe's etc etc..
  3. Yeah even though he is 15 he should still think about it. As the years go on you might change your mind quite a bit. Find what interests you. if you like computers but want more hands on phsically then check out networking, you get to work with hardware all the time and you can get good fun jobs. Go for your 2 year networking degree then its only another 2 years for your computer science bachelor if you decide to go that way.
  4. Back when Napster first came out and was free and also was using AudioGalaxy. Back when I was playing wolfenstein on out new family Packard Bell with 128mb RAM thing was insane back then. Playing the original Diablo over AOL was amazing and addictive then came Diablo II. Or when I was playing the very first Warcraft or DOOM and Duke Nukem on PC. Good Times.
  5. HWmonitor and Speedfan I use them both.
  6. I have had a few fail on me a WD and a seagate. Use SMART on Speedfan and you can see the health of your drive. I have a drive that is in the process of dieing. I have a couple TB in my computer but I also have 2 TB full of movies and TV shows in my computer and 2 TB of those drives backed up in my closet in static bags. ALWAYS have backups, I have learned my lesson twice, never again.
  7. I am a Network admin at a oil company.
  8. Yes I agree. My job is a network admin for a oil company and when I get home I don't want to fix mine. Unless I get a new part in the mail or something then I don't mind.
  9. Do a lot of you use google+? I don't think I would know anyone on there, everyone I know uses facebook.
  10. Just a song. A really badass song that is! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzKYpNlpu6k&list=HL1391264590
  11. Yeah check local shops, they should know what they are doing and wont charge a whole lot. Then ask if you can be there when they build it which shouldn't be a problem and watch and learn.
  12. My case which is a nice full tower ATX Thermaltake but it's just old. Also my lack of a Graphics card right now. Actually I have a GFX card it's a super old ATI x1950
  13. lol OMG part of my job we own 20 separate convenience stores so I have to go fix networking and computer problems allt he time at those stores and usually they have to power cycle the router or switches etc etc lol I say that saying ALL THE TIME!
  14. VGA cannot give as good as picture then HDMI or DVI which are both digital instead of analog. I would go DUal layer DVI or regular DVI unless you don't have separate speakers because HDMI runs sound over the cable also. I always use DVI.
  15. I am a network admin for a oil company and it isn't all like that where I work. Everyone in our IT dept are great! but I do agree that a lot of people into computers is not uncommon to have at least one of those traits if not all.
