  1. Yeah The Wraith cooler that came with your CPU is pretty comparable to a Cryorig h5 or 7. If you want to save some money on a PSU get a seasonic they make corsairs PSUs and are very good
  2. If you are buying it all 2 Sticks of ram for dual channel, 1080 ti if you are going to get a 1080 the upgrade is probably worth it, Get a Noctua cooler or an AIO 50 to a hundred dollars to cool a 400 dollar CPU isn't that bad. Looks wise Cable-mod cables and Corsair light-loops or the similar fans from CES
  3. Yea you game that has the issue is the issue obviously so nobody can help you without knowing the name
  4. 2i2 is <10 OHMs and the Yamaha is rated for 150. Those headphones are rated at 50 so the Yamaha should be good but might not be worth the expense over separating but i don't know the cost i just went into the technical specs
  5. I feel like i could be more helpful if you could give me an idea of your budget for the parts you haven't decided on
  6. if you use the stock cooler there is no point in putting any thought into how it looks when buying parts
  7. It's no more complicated than replacing a Graphics card
  8. I recommend upgrading the PSU if you watch r/buildapcsales for a week or two you can find a 430 to 500 W EVGA bronze for about 10 dollars. Even if your mobo isn't standard power just grab an adapter and it should work fine thats what i did with a slightly older Lenovo tower.
  9. I'm no expert but it may be an issue with drivers
  10. Esports are the only thing where more than 60 HZ matters that much its nice to have in general but there is a reason they have Ed play CSGO when they review high refresh rate monitors.
  11. Plz don't go with the MOBO he picked its 1/5th of your budget and not really worth it
  12. Yeah that's a pretty good RYZEN build I would Drop * gigs of ram for a 1080 on a decent sale like this one https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=08G-P4-6286-RX , but i know Ryzen likes RAM
  13. Yeah I don't recommend a case because that's his taste 2x4 is strictly better because it uses dual channel If He gets a 1080 yeah its overkill but it's in the right place look at where 780 places now it keep him from having to upgrade for essentially two more updates than the 1060
  14. definitely get WIndows on kinguin saves 75 USD
  15. Look at Reddit build a PC Sales honestly and try to get parts for your system there i looked for 2 weeks for a white case with rubber grommets for cable routing and ended up getting a decent one for 42 dollars
