  1. I have an update, I watched couple of videos in YouTube and they did something nice. In Computer Management => Disk Drivers => Policies => Removal Policy => From Quick removal to Better performance USB 2.0 and the result were => Read [MB/s] 141.5 and Write [MB/s] 23.04 USB 2.0 and the result were => Read [MB/s] 33.11 and Write [MB/s] 16.78 @mikeeginger I was thinking the same, let's give a try @SupaKomputa I directly plugged to my USB pen drive to do the test @rcmaehl my external HDD ran up to 70MB/s at office when I was copying something. My pen drive and external HDD are running at the same speed at home. I am having a laptop by the way.
  2. Hello, I am having a issue that my laptop has 1 USB 3.0 port but the data transfer comparing to my other USB ports it is the same or sometimes slower. I have a 3.0 USB and also a WD External HDD 1TB (Passport). My HDD in my office PC is way faster comparing to my laptop at home. I ran a speed test using crystalDiskMark 6 anf the results are interesting. I ran 500MiB in USB 2.0 and the result were => Read [MB/s] 38.77 and Write [MB/s] 23.34 I ran 500MiB in USB 3.0 and the result were => Read [MB/s] 33.29 and Write [MB/s] 13.74 (WHAT? ) I ran 1000Mib but the result is the same. Can someone please help me with this issue? Best, Chethiya.
  3. Thank you so much guys, I can now understand the reason why servers needs graphics cards. Like mentioned it can be faster when doing something related to videos like @mariushm @TheBeastPC @KenjiUmino mentioned. @TheGlenlivet yep, mostly Xeons are using a lot of graphics cards than a gaming user. @M.Yurizaki mooooooreeeee clients. @Bananasplit_00 hmm yeah, it can sent stuff to process and sent back the result faster without slowing down the main processor. Thanks again, You guys are my life saviors. I might ask weird or funny questions later on. Best, CIS.
  4. Hello, Whydoes high end servers needs graphics cards? They use 8 or more graphics cards in one single server than RAM sticks they have added (but RAMs are having higher capacity of memory so don't worry ?)? Best, Chethiya.
