  1. Oh ok. I was referring to the pump and rad. I just used the wrong terms.
  2. Sorry, I misphrased it. I meant to say a mineral oil submergedPC, like Linus did,
  3. Basically you will need to buy either 120mm fans (usually they come with the aio) or you need to buy adapters. Also keep in mind that some cases may not be able to fit a 240 rad.
  4. Basically I wanted to do a budget mineral oil PC, and was wondering whether you can use a copper pump with an aluminum pump?
  5. He as an eVGA 500w PsU, so that should be fine. Although this is coming from someone who uses a free 1000w psu.
  6. Yeah, sadly sounds like a dead Ethernet port. Maybe if you have a spare one, try putting in an ethernet card or using another device with the cord to test?
  7. For Christmas I was planning on upgrading my brother' PC or building him a new one This is the current PCPP link for the new system, minus the case and PSU https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3cC6LJ The used would involve replacing every part but the 500w PSU, case, Ram, and maybe cooler He mainly wants it for art stuff and MH:W He currently has a G3258 and an rX 460.
  8. I just assumed it was better than spray paint from the video
  9. So I have started my new PC build! The motherboard was the main inspiration. I got an Asus P6x58D for free, with 6 gb.of ram, an I7 965x and a GtX 470, (which I'm temporarily swapping with a 750ti, even if it doesnt match the white and blue scheme. I am using an s340 elitw for the case, and everything should begin on the 10th!
  10. Well they may be trying to get as much money out of it quickly before a consumer realized it's not worth the price. However just.a theory.
  11. And if they pull the AC trick of holding reviews until x amount of time after launch then that's sketchy at best, at worst a scam
  12. I live in the general Parker area, so preferably near there.
  13. Oh ok, thanks for the help! I will bring my I7 965 and asus board that I got for free to test it.
  14. So I found a bloke on Craigslist selling 3x gtx 780 with water blocks for 50 bucks and was wondering how do I check whether they work without building a loop just to test them at his place? He said he got them from a friend and never closed the loop.
  15. No it actually won't. You'll be perfectly fine with a 1070 ti.
  16. Yeah, I'm just saying I've had a bad time with one of them.
  17. I mean cables. As @Crunchy Dragon said, it looks like the PSU has enough cables, and PCPP is just having issues
  18. I don't' know much about bitfenix, but the last thermaltake PSU I used failed with a g4400, so I don't trust them
  19. PCpartpicker may assume it only has one cable. Do you know if it has multiple plugs?
