    I'm wondering what laptop I should get, between a Surface Pro 6, Surface Book 2 or Yoga 920. I am a student and I want to be able to take notes using the pen. Thanks for the help.

    I'm thinking of getting a low-ish range graphics card, I can get a 1050ti, brand new, for about $250 (AU) or I can get the considerably better 780 for about $150 (AU) yet the only problem is, I can only buy it used. Thoughts on the two cards, risks of buying used, etc?

    You can use an adapter such as DVI to HDMI or you might be able to use a display port as long as your monitor has a display port.

    Is there any reason you're getting a mini-atx size? If not, you'll probably get parts cheaper, especially the motherboard.

    The monitor I'm running now is 1680 x 1050 60Hz Though I might get a newer monitor, I'll probably run something like 1080p at 60Hz or 120Hz, nothing crazy

    If I get a PC something like this or what I had, at this price point, how long do you think it will be until I can't run most games at high/medium quality, therefore needing to upgrade?

    Price differences may change a lot because of where you live, I live in Australia and I'm looking at getting a new PC and I realized half way through planning my PC it was in USD not AUD and there were different prices apart from the currency exchange rate and some parts were not even available here.
