I've been having an asus B1 error code and basically tried anything and everything. Today I changed my bios chip but I noticed my PSU fan doesnt spin. Not even on startup. The pc started randomly working again but could this be a future issue? It's a corsair Rm 850x

So I reset my computer and I have a windows 7 disk so I just grabbed that. But I only have 1 hard drive plugged in. When I try and install it to the drive it says I have the wrong format. So I reformatted it in windows and it still wouldnt work. I tried deleting it and starting new and still nothing

So for the past month I've been having a issue with my computer. I get a error code of b1. Sometimes I can get in sometimes I cant. I've unplugged everything I've unplugged hard drives tried swapping ram. Now I've tried even turning it on without a graphics card in it. I dont get the same code I obviously cant see if I get a picture but could the issue be the card or is this just because it checks the graphics card before whatever is causing the issue. I dont have have xmp on and never have. I tried to unplug all my drives to see if it would at least post past the b1 and give me a different code. I've tried only using 1 ram stick in every slot possible.

So tuesday I was just using my computer as normal turned it off and went to sleep. Yesterday came around and turned on my pc and the fans go full speed and I get error code B1. So I reset the bios and still the same thing. So I even tried taking the ram out swapping them everything. Then unplugged all devices that were plugged in. Kept resetting it and resetting it. this is actually very very weird. I was having the issue on browser but tried the app and it works perfectly fine on my pc. Any idea what would cause this?

I know this may seem weird to post on the forums but its actually really frustrating issue. My computer for some reason lags on netflix or on longer youtube videos. With everything else closed and not doing anything it still lags which is strang because my computer isnt a bad pc at all so it hard to troubleshoot. cpu-intel 5930k gpu- asus strix 1080 internet- down 101 up 120

For the past few months ive been having issue when i stream i personally dont lag at all i actually get around 200 fps with no issue in most games im playing but on obs it shows my stream is just completely losing frames but under dropped frames it shows 0. I dont think it could be my internet i have 130 down and 120 up so i really dont know why stream side it lags but on my end its perfectly ok. This seemed to start happening out of no where a few months back please help.

because if my usage is at 99% sitting in the lobby the game itself doesnt exactly work the best

So for the past few months ive been having issues with streaming and couldnt figure out why but i was doing a little looking and it seems like if im in the loading screen of black ops 3 zombies my gpu goes from 88% to 99% usage and to me this doesnt seem right for a 1080. if someone could please tell me why this is happening or maybe this is normal and im just going crazy. i just found it and it says its the universal serial bus controllers location port #0008.hub#0003

all it lets me do is remove the device then 3 seconds later it reconnects

i did a windows update i dont know if that could have done anything and no there is nothing else in my pc that would make that sound

so starting today all the sudden i get the windows notification sound repeatedly like i was plugging something in and unplugging it so i went to my connected devices there is a unknown usb device ( device descriptor failed) then under it says driver error but all of my devices i have plugged in show up in the devices so i dont know why it keeps doing this

i check everyday for leaks and i watch the temps constantly thank you

do you think i could last with it like this for the rest of this year maybe

also there is a sound near the pump that sounds like your sucking water through a straw

this is a 24/7 sound like when i first start it up
