My friend pc kept on auto restarting so I asked him to open up to take a look.

What should I do?
I need help to remove these screws. I'm having a terrible overheating problem. the source of heat seems to be coming from the battery.
Any idea how to unscrew these? And how do I place it back after that?
Is it possible to replace this battery? It kept on overheating when I turn it on. And where am I able to buy it?
And if I bring it to a repair shop. How much would it cost to repair?
Hey there. I'm wondering if it's safe to use a 200+ V compared to my 125V Power cable that comes with my PSU.
I'm not able to use the 125V as the plug that it came with is american.
I'm sorry but I tried looking around and is still not sure where I should post this at.

I'm planning to get a Ryzen 7 1700 as part of my streaming/gaming build as it has lots of cores. But with the upcoming new intel cpu's. Should I wait for it to come out? My budget is not that high and I've already got a Gtx 1080 . I'm willing to spend around $800 SGD for my cpu+motherboard.
