You're using a H series motherboard, you probably won't be able to overclock the CPU very far without an unlocked multiplier. If you are serious about overclocking, invest in a Z series motherboard and a decent cooler. 

For your issue at hand, check to see if your cooler is mounted properly, and check to see if the thermal paste is applied correctly. 

What worked for me (couldn't believe it at first) was turning on DSR and putting the game on 1440p. My fps didn't drop at all and it all felt much smoother.

In my opinion, the short answer is: Buy the best ASUS router you can afford.
 
Obviously prices will differ wildly between regions, even in just the EU. Other people can make suggestions, but unless they also live in Denmark, the prices could potentially be good for them and bad for you.
 
The RT-AC66U is fantastic if you can afford it (Look for refurbished, or really good sales, or open box). The RT-AC68U isn't really all that much better than the AC668U so don't worry about that model unless it's on a killer sale.
 
Alternatively if you don't have any Wireless AC devices and don't plan on getting any soon, then the ASUS RT-N66U is a really sweet router too, just without Wireless AC connectivity (it's still dual-band with 5GHz, just only wireless N).

Uses the genetically superior pci-e gen 2.0 lane. supports DX 11 has 512mb of memory, wait a sec thats less then the 705, i guess the AMD marketers went to nvidia for a day. Thats all i can say about that card, I recommed you wait for a sapphire version, even though this is nvidia im sure a 8gb vram version will be arriving soon after launch.

Unlike the ferocity of the above cards, this one is on a whole new level, those cards have a straightly 1 smx unit whereas this dragonslayer has 2 smx units. THATS 200% THE PERFORMANCE, i think.
 
It also has the DNA of the gtx titan, the 680, 770, titan black, titan brown, every voodoo card and that crazy tall guy from fractal.

Finally a worthy replacement for my One M7 from a year ago. This phone features a stunning ID, lightning fast performance, and aside from a couple of small complaints... is damn near as good as it gets. I hope you guys enjoy this video because I feel like now, one year into doing phone reviews, this is about as good as we can make them... The ideas I've got going ATM is a Syndicate based organisation, that's a lot less rigid and more fluid than anything available. (I just like the idea of military-like rankings)
 
The basic idea is that there will be groups, such as mining group or a piracy group, those would have an elected representative, who will sit on a general council which will, in turn be run by a high council.
