Any way to do 2 pc streaming without a capture card?

Is there any way to do dual PC streaming without a capture card or using NDI. Like using a direct ethernet link between the 2 PC's? Without buying anything that is. Thanks in advance.

My first pc was some hp tower from a college? that i got for free, at the time i didn't really understand too much about pc's and bought a 660 ti, at which point i realized my PSU didn't have the proper connectors or enough power. I then bought a 400 watt micro atx PSU and some adapter to connect 2 PSU to each other from china, and duct taped it on top of the 5.5 inch disk drive. Didn't break and worked for a few years. It had a legacy intel i5 -660 and 12 gigs of ddr3 ram

apu's or integrated graphics is fine, still a GPU

What's everyones favorite GPU, that you've owned? Mine the 660 ti founders edition, it's the first GPU that I bought, recently bought a 780 ti so i'm going to spray paint the shroud on the 660.

stock cooler, fractal design focus g case, no extra fans just 2 120 mm that came with the case though i think i have a 80mm fan lying around somewhere

i just checked and you are right, the ryzen 3 1200 should turbo to 3.4 ghz, but mine doesn't and it's not throttling

as a side question how much of a performancec change do you get from going from single t dual channel on ryzen? I heard that single channel cuts you mem bandwith in half?

sorry i meant 3.5 ghz and i believe so, out of the box mine would oly boost to 3.25 and only for a few minutes

cpu throttling, i have a ryzen 3 1200, anything above a 1060 will throttle
