Does it matter if get a MBP? or should I stick with windows?

Update: HDD spins and runs as well, but still no post. Motherboard is in a constant loop of turning on and off

So I bought a cpu that works on the earliest bios there is, and my motherboard shut off randomly mid update... The cpu fan and ram work, but my none of my inputs work, any help?

@Jurrunio @partymarty do you guys know if frys or microcenter can update the bios for me?

I don't I only have the 2400g

I have the ASRock fatal1ty ab350 itx motherboard paired with a ryzen 5 2400g. I was trying to put the bios up to date but I accidently chose an earlier version which does not recognize the 2400g. I tried to jump the cmos, but it still won't post. Any help is appreciated

Do you think its possible to fix/replace the USB cord even though its soldered on?

Yes, even when nothing but the keyboard is plugged in it still disconnects

So I bought this keyboard from Amazon exactly 2 months ago and it now disconnects randomly. At first I thought it was something with Windows 10 having troubles with the driver, then I looked to see if it was the amount of peripherals I was using on USB possibly being the case, which of course did not work. Now I am believing it the actual keyboard itself, specifically the USB cord. Is there anyway for me to fix the cord or possibly replace it through soldering??

I also saw the ASUS VivoBook S510 going for a little bit more than the envy and lenovo, is this the better option?

Should I get a 7th gen laptop? or would it be not worth it?
