Yeah only few reasons I have heard is that phone manufacturers are using production lines and cheaper CPUs to get into ddr4 and lastly the ssds using the fast storage

Cheaper stuff that's equally good as those currently out there. Leave the newer and faster stuff for the crazy people who can pay a lot for them.

Probably going to be said again and again but cheaper ram pricing as it's getting insanely expensive

WiViW got a reaction from Damascus in Build me a PC peasants. Aprox £600/$800
Honestly none of this is even fanboying and is halarious because all these people are just focussing on the budget spectrum and right now and seems to have gotten most of the interest in budget gaming just like me

That's perfectly fine use case for the drive I use mine that way and it's done fine for the about 2 months I've had mine. Also I mean it by like it's not running with stuff like server needs but general PC use is good

WiViW got a reaction from H.K. in A new Desktop build with 8700K GTX & 1050Ti (low chance to upgrade later) or a Laptop with 7700HQ & GTX 1060 for 1080p Productivity & Gaming ??
Building a desktop, in my opinion, would be better for the further upgradeability of the graphics card later when you get better prices on graphics cards if VRAM if an issue at 4gb then you might have to wait a bit longer till the prices start to go down again. If 4gbs is enough then this https://pcpartpicker.com/product/x7s8TW/msi-geforce-gtx-1050-ti-4gb-video-card-gtx-1050-ti-4gt-oc should be good for you and also if you are doing light simulations a lot then most laptops from what I have seen on this channel except for the new ryzen one pale in comparison to a desktop CPU.
