I realize this is a bit off topic for this forum but I'm not a member of any vinyl/Turntable Forums. If any LTT members know of such a forum I'd love a point in the right direction. Anyway down to business. I am really interested in buying a turn-table to play vinyl records. I consider myself Reasonably techy but I'm all new to vinyl.
This is the turn table i'm looking at:

Also i was planning on using said player with these speakers (Already own):
http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-980-000402-Speaker-System-Black/dp/B003VAHYTG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418169512&sr=8-1&keywords=logitech+z623&pebp=1418169513840
Would I need an amplifier to complete this setup? If so what kind should I buy? I belive the Record player above has a built in "pre-amp" so what does that mean? Also all the amplifiers I"ve looked at have speaker outputs that look like this...

and my speakers need RCA (Red and White) inputs.
Thanks for any help,
Jake
