I am running on a tight budget and wondering if it would be logical to shift from gold cert psu to a bronze one while pairing it up with 1060 6gb ryzen 5 1600?

i7 is on promotion now. Do yout think 70 CAD would worth to upgrade from ryzen 1600 to i7-7700K?
