  1. So I managed to fix it by installing GeForce experience and installing the latest driver. I plugged the HDMI cable into the GPU, had a bluescreen and after restarting it worked as if nothing was wrong with it to begin with.
  2. Oh sorry I forgot. It’s a brand new HX1200 Platinum.
  3. So today I’ve built my long awaited new system. Once it was finally done I plugged it in and connected it to my monitor. I press the power button and the lights go on. But the monitor repeatedly turns on, displays “HDMI-1 No Signal” and turns off again. What I have tried so far: Checked that all cables are correctly attached. Put the GPU into another slot Put the HDMI cable into the MoBo (that started normally and also showed on the monitor) In the BIOS I switched the two PCIEX16(G5) from Auto to Gen 4 In the BIOS I switched the standard display from Auto to PCIE Unfortunately I do not have a Display Port cable at hand, but I doubt that would change anything. I’m honestly out of ideas. It doesn’t seem that there’s anything wrong with the MoBo or any other components. The GPU is fresh out of the box so I hope it’s not faulty from the factory. This is by far not my first build and I was as thorough and careful as always. Am I missing anything? Please help. The specs are: CPU: i9-12900K MoBo: Asus ROG Z690 Maximus RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 6000 MHz GPU: Asus ROG Strix 3080Ti OC M.2: Kingston KC3000 2TB PSU: Corsair HX1200 Platinum Cooling: Corsair H170 Elite Case: Corsair 7000D
  4. I am using an Asus ROG Strix X99 which luckily has a PS/2 port. I just don’t have any device...
  5. Hey guys, I need help! Yesterday night my PC had a Windows update (I’m using Windows 10) and when I turned it on today, none of my USB devices were working after booting (yes, all ports are enabled in BIOS). Meaning I can’t use my keyboard, mouse, ... to log in (password protected). This happens every few months and normally I just have to trigger Windows Recovery mode, then in advanced options go to system restore and choose a previous verson to restore to. But this time it didn’t even fix the problem restoring to a two weeks old point. It would be amazing if anyone would know a fix! All devices work in the BIOS but as soon as I’m on the log in screen it’s as if I only had a PC and monitor.
  6. Sorry I’m replying so late I was in Austria for a few days. I have PS/2 ports but where can you get supported hardware anymore? I am going to try the repair option after cutting the power two times during boot. But if nothing helps I just have to reset the PC. what does restoring do? I never had to do that before.
  7. I tried to get into repair mode and I can use my mouse and keyboard but as soon as I go into safe mode and it goes to the login screen they are off again. Resetting the PC isn't really an option because of the programs and files on my PC.
  8. It does not read any USB devices. As soon as the PC boots it turn them off.
  9. They don't have any switches for that and the other keyboard and mouse don't work either.
  10. After my PC randomly shut down while we were out shopping yesterday (probably because of avira being finished checking my PC) I turned it on again but the keyboard and mouse didn't work when I wanted to put in my password. Both work perfectly fine in BIOS, even the RGB looks amazing but as soon as it's booting the Keyboard goes dark and both mouse and keyboard don't work. I tried changing ports front and back, I searched through the BIOS to handle the keyboard differently but nothing worked. I have turned my PC on and off a frustrating amount of time and whenever I kill the PSU power I feel helpless. My motherboard is the ASUS X99 ROG Strix, my keyboard is the Logitech G910 (RGB of course) and as a mouse I use the Logitech G700s, I am running Windows 10 home. Could it be avira that might have deleted a driver or the ports not getting enough power?
  11. Thank you. I'm going to try that, if it doesn't work I guess someone f'd up the packing ad put the wrong modules into the packaging.
  12. I'm going to do that. Thank you very much. Have a great day (Do you have any clue why the RAM slots say 2133 instead of 3000)
  13. Hello, when I tried to start my computer today it stopped me at the American Megatrends site and I get past the Bios. I did some research and I got a clue but nothing really helped. In the Bios it says CPU FAN N/A and when I try to configure it (to full speed) it doesn't change. The Radiator Fans just go from normal to full speed (no matter the configuration) but the CPU heats up from 40 to over 70°C. It seems as if the pump gave up on life. The PC is brand new, I bought and built everything in August. Should I just send the water cooler back or is this just a easy fix error? I built it as said in the manual and yesterday everything worked fine. I also checked if everything is still plugged in properly and it was. Also as you can see in the attached pictures it registers my RAM as 2133MHz even though I installed 3000MHz modules. Just noticed it taking the pictures I've built lots of computers before, liquid and water cooled and never encountered this problem. Please help.
